Your initial payment must be made online through our reservation system. Other payments, including the balance and refundable damage escrow deposit may be paid by check or money order. Do allow five business days for your check to clear the bank.
Absolutely. Go to our website’s quick pay tab. You will need the reservation number and the name of the reservation holder. You will receive a receipt immediately upon making a payment. The reservation holder will receive an updated confirmation reflecting the payment and the remaining balance.
You are required to pay a refundable escrow deposit to Schulstadt Rentals 14 days prior to arrival. Depending on the unit, a refundable escrow deposit of either $100 or $500 is required. Any damage beyond the normal wear and tear to the unit or its contents, missing items, smoking either in the unit or on the balcony, along with any evidence of having pets in the unit will be deducted from your escrow deposit. Additionally, any violations of the rental agreement that results in additional charges including moving furnishings, late check-outs, or exceeding the stated occupancy will be deducted from your escrow deposit.
Amounts deemed refundable will be processed within 7 days of departure. Once we refund the money, it may still be several days before you see it in your account. Banks have different release times and you will need to check with your bank for their time standards. Charges exceeding the amount held in escrow will be charged to the credit card on file. For amounts that are uncollectible from the guest, the jurisdiction for any court actions against you shall be Bay County, Florida.
You may cancel a reservation up to the balance due date (14 days prior to arrival) with forfeiture of only the advance reservation deposit. Once the reservation is paid for, it becomes non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled with a refund. If you have purchased coverage through the CSA Travel Protection Insurance, you may contact them at (866) 999-4018 to file a claim.
The premium for CSA Trip Insurance has NOT been included in the cost of your initial deposit, unless purchased at the time the reservation was made. CSA Trip Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may cause you to cancel, interrupt or delay your trip. Please review our cancellation policy. To view the CSA Trip Insurance policies, visit and click on Vacation Rental Insurance (330CSA). You may add trip insurance at any time prior to the final payment due date. The premium must be paid at time of purchase. Provided coverage such as mandatory hurricane evacuations, illness, injury, or other covered circumstances outside of your control. No. All reservations are subject to a onetime departure cleaning fee; price varies by unit size. Guest are provided with towels and linens for their stay. Most units have a washer and dryer so guest are more than welcome to launder their linens. Smaller units do not have washer/dryer machines. Laundry facilities are located in Tower one on the 15th floor.
We offer amenities to make you feel at home, like a kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, a cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave; TV with cable and DVD; Netflix, and most units are equipped with a washer and dryer. Schulstadt Rentals provides a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pullout sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dishtowels for the kitchen. We do not provide beach towels, but you may purchase some in our General Store and gift shop. An initial start-up of hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, all-purpose cleaner, garbage bags, toilet tissue, and paper towels are supplied. Guests are responsible for replenishing should they need extra while staying with us. Guests should bring any personal articles, food and drink, coffee filters, napkins, foil, etc. Schulstadt Rentals offers all of our guests the same unit and property amenities. Whether you’re visiting for two nights or for an entire season.

Yes, the best Netflix instant streaming experience is available in all our units living room area. You can even browse and search the entire Netflix instant library right on your T.V. So you'll always find something amazing to entertain you.
All units include one free parking space. Three and four bedroom units include two free parking spaces. Parking passes will be on top of the Helpful Hints Binder, located on the kitchen counter. Additional parking passes are available, but are not free nor unlimited, and must be purchased prior to arrival. All parking is covered and gated, located across the street from the Majestic Beach Resort. The overhead clearance in the parking garage is Seven feet 7’. Oversized parking is available in front of the garage. You may park in any space EXCEPT the reserved parking spaces on the third floor.
No, beach chairs are not included, but are available for purchase directly from the beach service vendor upon arrival. Ed’s Beach Service provides daily lounge chairs, and umbrella rental service. Call (850) 234-3541 for pricing and details.
No, Majestic Beach Resort does not allow guests to have pets on the property. No pets are allowed in any unit or on the premises. If we find you in non-compliance while still our guest, you will be evicted and all monies paid forfeited. A minimum pet fee of $150 will be charged to the credit card on file regardless of when the discovery is made, including departure.
Arrival time begins at 4:00p.m.CST on the scheduled day of arrival. Arrival information will be emailed to you upon completion of all required documents and all amounts owed are paid. Schulstadt Rentals make arrivals easy with convenient keyless entry. No need to stop at a rental office or even a front desk to check-in. Arrive late with no worries. Guests simply go to unit upon arrival and enter their door code. We even have an app that provides an early access code once the unit is ready for those who can’t wait to start their vacation.
We try to allow guests early check-ins. Of course, during peak season, it’s sometimes impossible. We never guarantee an early check-in, but once the unit is ready, we will post an early access code to the mobile app. There is no need to call our office to see if your unit is ready.
Departure time is no later than 10:00a.m.CST Late departures may be requested in advance and are granted based on availability. Failure to do so, are subject to an additional charge.
Late departures are subject to an additional charge, which will result in a $50.00 fee per 30 minute increments. Remember, the next guest may like an early check-in and the only way our system works is for everyone to work together.
No worries, its all in the App. Schulstadt Rentals has a mobile app. A link will be emailed to you prior to arrival once the reservation process is completed. You can share the link with everyone in your group. You can view it from any device with an internet browser. Use your phone, tablet, or computer. It's that convenient.
Yes, You may use the fitness center, but the cost is not included in your rental. Additional fees apply and may be paid at the fitness center upon arrival. Daily and weekly rates are available. Only amenities specifically listed on your confirmation are included within your rental without additional fees.
Yes, wireless fidelity is free throughout the entire Majestic Beach Resort property. Login information will be available in the mobile app and in the Helpful Hints Binder located in your unit.
The tennis court at Majestic Beach Resort is free for our guests to use. The court is located at the top of the parking garage on the north side of the property on the 6th floor. Equipment not provided on site, must bring your own balls and rackets.
You may depart early, but we will not refund nor credit the remainder of your vacation. There will be no refunds once you have checked in.
