Located in Tower 1 on the 2nd floor, the living area has a 42" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa with a 6" inner spring mattress. The floor is carpeted. There is a small dining table in the kitchen as well as three chairs at the breakfast bar.
You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. We start you off with paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher powder, Dawn, all-purpose cleaner, and hand soap.
The balcony features a large table with four chairs and a chaise lounge.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom, along with a 32" flat screen and a combo VCR/DVD player. The floor is carpeted and the linens are 400TC. Extra blankets and sleeper sofa linens are in the closet.
Step out of the jetted tub or shower onto freshly washed bath mats. We provide a hair dryer and large bath towels. Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps four.

    Fantastic Condo Left on Oct 18, 2015 for a stay in Oct 2015 This condo is perfect. Well-appointed with furnishings as well as kitchen supplies. Comfortable porch set up with table and chairs. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good. Nice tv's although we had wonderful weather the entire week so we didn't use the tv's. 2nd floor unit close to stairs allows for use of stairs instead of busy elevators. It includes rental of beach chairs and umbrellas although be prepared to sit 12 inches from the person in the next chair. We didn't care for that so if we ever return, we will probably bring our own chairs and umbrella. Wireless worked great. Only issue with condo itself was the bath towels -- some of them were slightly better than using a paper towel even though literature says they provide upgraded linens. When I asked management company, the answer was that it was costing too much so they were buying towels from Walmart -- really? So, if a decent towel is important to you, bring your own. We also didn't love having to park across the street from the building in a garage but once we got used to it, it wasn't a big deal. Also, this was our first time at Panama City Beach and we were surprised that the beach doesn't lend itself to a brisk beach walk the way it is angled so that was a disappointment for us. The condo itself is a really nice condo and we would highly recommend. Here's our two cents on restaurants/bars: Runaway Island and Schooners had great seafood and service. Sharky's had bad food and bad service. Patches Pub and Grill was great food, service and live music outdoors. Off the Hook Bar and Grill had the greatest shrimp appetizer we have ever eaten and PBR beer for $1 any day, anytime.
